Programmer instructions: If monthly is clicked, the tick appears and a dropdown of the 12 months appears with a click option so that the user can have multiple months to generate rather than just a particular month. If the user clicks weekly, then the search calendar appears so they can the date period start and end. After choosing the month or weekly reports coverage, then they need to click generate reports. Then a new page should come up and the chosen months or weeks appears as the subtitle at the top .that page will now display all the title of the reports that were published for that period.

This is essential as another reports source because its tricky to access reports that are not optionally completed every week or month - such as support plan, risk assessment, LAC report, independent living assessment, missing resources, incident / accident report, etc
