User guide to updated weekly progression report
1. Filtering relevant log entries.
The system allows for staff to filter more young persons data from the daily log entries to other weekly / monthly progression report. This is done by clicking weekly report relevant info, behaviour management relevant info and education / training relevant info. This should only be applied to daily log entries that relate to the 3 individual subject matters.
personal skills development questionnaire
Users are required to complete the personal skills development questionnaire triggered from 7pm each day. These entries will part populate the weekly progression reports and compute the scoring accurately. Management should disable this auto feature if staff are not able to complete this section on a daily basis.
Personal skills auto scoring from daily log entries applies to Self care / personal hygiene, cooking & food shopping, budgeting, school / training attendance by default, all other personal skills may be added to this in the settings area by managers.

Sola returned from college rather upset and it appears he is directing his anger and frustration at staff, he started arguing that his allowance was not paid into his account yet and started making threatening statements and swearing at staff. Staff attempted to de escalate the situation by asking him to come and have a chat in the office rather than causing noise disturbance to other residents. Sola kicked the door in anger

9.00pm Fellow resident TM was heard having an altercation with Sola who was accused of taking TMs chicken dips without permission. Staff on duty attempted to calm things down by asking Sola if this was true. Sola denied this and the argument got worse with TM threatening to stab Sola if he did not pay for the consumed food, Sola cursed and swore at TM with a counter threat, Staff asked each person to come and chat with him in the office in a bid to de escalate the situation. TM joined staff in the office but Sola refused and stormed up to his room in anger and slamming the door.

3.45pm: Sola returned to the unit in high spirits, he apologised for his aggressive behaviour. Sola was reminded that he has an appointment at the local police station regarding adjustments for his ankle tag as he had in the past attempted to remove it without authorisation. Staff observed Sola later on bargaining for weed on his phone from his dealer.Staff warned him about breaching the home rules on the use of cannabis or prohibitive drugs again.
