Mylife recommended organisation structure and roles
HR
Primary tasks
Organises monthly payroll & staff expenses. Recruitment vacancies & staff sourcing as requested by the RI approval.. assisting with background checks as requested by the RI. works with the training manager to input  staff starting date  on to training matrix / workforce development plan. Manages holiday booking and sick leave
TRAINING MANAGER
Works extensively on the training matrix and course completion plan.  Responsible for  developing the training & development policy  and ensures the training matrix meets the workforce development plan targets. The TM is directly supervised in this area by the RI who is responsible for managing the approved annual training budget. This can be a remote or on site job  on part time or full time availability. The training manager also sources external training provisions as approved by the RI. The RI works with the TM to agree on non certification training through internal/external provisions. This becomes a fulltime role if it isn't already.
ETE (Career / employment manager)
Optional
Two options here. The ETE could be a stand alone manager with the sole responsibility of working on young people caseloads , mentoring them into an outcome delivery PEP (Personal education plan). Alternatively, this could be the added role of  some or all of the Area/project managers. They will work with the training manager to source training initiatives made available by third party education and training opportunities locally and beyond. This position is similar to a employment engagement officer in a welfare-to work contract (Connexions).  It is recommended that there should be 1 ETE to about  8 -10 YPs . The RM supervises the deliverables and strength of YP usage. managing the education/ training and career pathway includes sourcing apprenticeship and on - the -job training opportunities with local trade. This also includes training programs for YPs interested in becoming support workers , eventually moving up to management. This should be a full time  if the individual is an internal manager. This can alternatively be  an external contractor role.

RI
Primary tasks
Oversees the  compliance matters via reports  such the completion and quality of  safer recruitment, staff management / training & supervision, LA / Ofsted queries and required adjustments, accommodation procurement & quality assurance, completion of annual staff appraisals. These tasks are managed by working with the RM with access to reports as approved by the RM and completed by staff below the RM. The RI completes the monthly supervision session of the RM. While the RM is left to manage the quality and resourcing of the daily operations The RM could concentrate on taking a lead in safer recruitment - qualifying staff as provided by HR through approved sources, ensuring that staff induction is completed and working with the training manager so that the training matrix aligns with the workforce development plan. The RI relays the training budget requirements with the directors and ensure the training manager has the funds to produce the arrange the  courses as needed to skill staff. The RI should

RM
Primary tasks
The RM is essentially the general manager who managers general operations mainly through the area manager / PM by receiving all approved operational reports and checking for relevance and quality. The RM will relay operational instructions to the rest of the staff through the Area Managers / PMs. The RM in turn, will pass on the overall reporting of the various parts of the service to the RI especially in areas that are connected to compliance such as regulations and standards related compliance - safer recruitment, accommodation maintenance and procurement, staff supervision and training. The RM/RI could have joint roles in complaints and staff discipline. Availability - typically 5 days a week.

SAFEGUARDING LEAD / MANAGER
Primary tasks
It is highly recommended that due to the high number of services users in the provision, there should be a stand -alone- Safeguarding manager or if the RI can cope with the extra responsibilities then they remain the safeguarding lead. Going with the recommended Safeguarding manager role -  They are mainly responsible for ensuring safeguarding reports are completed accurately and within given time frames. They are also responsible for ensuring risk assessments and safeguarding reports are completed  to a high standard. The safeguarding manager is responsible for ensuring all safeguarding training and qualifications are covered for each staff.  That remains their sole responsibility on the training matrix.
The safeguarding manager should be monitoring safeguarding process, incidents , interventions to fit with Ofsted's protection standards. They are also responsible for managing the joint partners relationship and information sharing. The safeguarding manager will ensure all external agencies that offer any form of safeguarding support are available to each home's YP.  They are also responsible for monitoring action taken with repeat missing episodes. They will ensure the MISPER / Grab bag is fit for purpose and unit leads should know how to apply the tool.  This is a fulltime and extensive role.

PM /Area manager
Primary tasks
It is recommended that there should be 1 area manager / project manager to 5 homes. They visit the 5 homes each day of the working week and work from there. The 2nd option regarding ETE services. The project managers should complete IAG level 2 so they have counselling/mentoring skills and complete the intro to ETE course with integrated continuous development rather than hire a stand - alone ETE manager, thereby making the best economic use of their roles in the service.
They are also expected to supervise the unit leads directly. Ensuring that the quality of reports are maintained and completed on time. They collate the reports management performance data and make it available to the RM.  The RM uses the performance data put together by the area manager / PM and takes supervisory action where needed. The area manager also supervises the unit leads in areas such as accommodation quality assurance. They should also manage the ROTA with HR.  They  are also responsible for  ensuring staff stay on track with the training and course completion as highlighted by the Training matrix. All their work is supervised and they are directly reporting to the RM.  They are also responsible for YP re[ports quality and completion working with the unit leads  / home managers to achieve this.

Unit lead / home manager
Primary tasks
it is recommended that this should be a ROTA based role. The unit leads should be working as part of the shift pattern and not as the 2nd member of staff in a 24 hour staffed accommodation. They share the shifts with the support workers doing an average 2 and a half days a week or more. Depending on their skills level and abilities, some may also take on the ETE role if they are willing to complete the training courses in career and training mentoring.

The unit lead should be able to complete the monthly / weekly accommodation quality assurance & maintenance reporting . They take a lead on organising trade services to make repairs to damages in the homes. They are tasked with ensuring the contingency policy and process is undestood by all support workers and  arrange for contingency options such as plumbing services or heating repair services to be available at all times. There should always be 2 trade services to call on at any one time where there is a utillity emmergency for instance.

Support worker
Primary tasks
it is recommended that support workers report directly to the unit leads / home managers. They are expected to complete their monthly / weekly reports, daily logs, incident reports, missing reports, appointment diary and key work sessions on time and maintain quality and relevant YP Reporting.  The area manager / PM completes their monthly supervision . 1 out of every 4 support workers should complete the mental health first aider course. The Safeguarding Manager/lead is responsible for ensuring the course is completed and support workers are clear on how to use these skills to identify signs of YP exploitation and abuse. Support workers receive direct supervision from the unit lead to complete their daily logs, weekly / monthly YP reports and key work sessions on time. The quality of the reports are supervised by the Area manager /PM.
Chirag, since you are having issues with creating and adding the mini screenshot i described. instead, use this box, keep it this size exactly and fix in the report pages i mentioned. Action - when user hovers over the button, it should show the whole CSPS table,
when they click it, it goes to the page showing the CPPS score results from the last saved and completed weekly report scores that should filter to the table as you have done before. As it is a new important function, i want it to show as flashing , to get the staff users attention when the y go on Profile page, support plan and weekly /monthly reports
